Still wines and wine coolers made from exotic fruit chosen for their distinctive flavors.

   1. Pink Guava
   2. East Indian Mango
   3. Sorrel
   4. Sugar Loaf Pineapple
   5. Cherry Fruits (will be acquired in season fully ripe at their peak of flavor)

The whole fruit will be mashed and fermented to approximately 12-14% alcohol for the production of still wines and 4-5% for wine coolers. The still wines will be racked, aged and bottled in 750ml glass bottles and the wine coolers carbonated and bottled in 10-12oz twist cap glass bottles.
